EWIW accepts insurance as an out-of-network (OON) provider. If your insurance has OON benefits and acupuncture benefits, we will be happy to bill for you, or provide you a bill to submit yourself. If for any reason your insurance does not cover 100% of our services, any balance due may be billed out-of-pocket.
*During Covid-19 pandemic, telemedicine consultation is offered for all current patients and is covered by most insurances.

Out-of-Pocket Fees
Fees billed to your insurance company or to you out-of-pocket vary depending upon the number of treatments applied during a session. Insurance does not cover Chinese herbs or nutritional supplements.
1. Initial consultation: diagnosis and agreement on treatment plan; 30 to 90 mins, $88-$325.
2. Single Session acupuncture or oriental/osteopathic manual therapy (OMT); 45 - 60 mins, $165
3. Deep Healing Sessions that combine several single sessions into a single visit last 1 to 2.5 hours and cost $325 and up, depending on the number of treatments performed. (See First Visit FAQs for more details)
4. Herbs and nutritional supplements: cost varies depending on specific products and are not covered by insurance. We offer a 20% patient courtesy discount on all nutritional supplements through Dr. Ryan’s patient portal on Wellevate. More Info
*Please note that a hardship rate is available for those who qualify and pay out of pocket for their treatment.
**$5-10 discount for those paying by cash, check, Zelle or Venmo
